Now, I've been to the Hawaiian Islands and love them. I know the Canary Islands of Spain, off the coast of Africa, are very similar in a way, though unique in its own way. I have never been and I would like to pay a visit this April...I do not want to visit Tenerife, as it is very populated and touristy. I hate that. I want to avoid really populated and touristy parts of the islands...which island do you recommend? Also, I was told you can "island hop" by boat...know anything about that? What about a boat ride from off the coast of Africa? Perhaps a flight from Morocco is best? I live in Madrid and I was thinking of flying to Morocco, visit a couple days, then fly over to the islands, island hop, then fly back from there to Madrid. Perhaps that's an idea... Please, any other suggestions/advise/information/tips you may have to share about the Canary Islands, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!... Read More »
